Cosmetic and Dermocosmetic Products 

In accordance with the Cosmetic Regulation published by the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Turkey, cosmetic products are defined as follows: These products are preparations or substances developed for application to the external surfaces of the human body, such as the skin, nails, hair, lips, and external genital areas, as well as the teeth and oral mucosa, whose primary or sole purpose is to clean, perfume, change the appearance, remove body odor, or protect and keep these areas in good condition. 

Cosmetic and dermocosmetic products sold through Dermoderm cannot be claimed to treat any disease, support treatment, prevent disease, or help prevent it. There is no claim that cosmetic products provide a permanent effect in the deeper layers of the skin. The descriptions on our website are prepared based on the information and documents provided by the manufacturers and importers of the products. This information does not mean that the stated effects of the products will definitely occur or that they will not cause side effects. 

Dietary Supplements and Vitamins 

Advertisements and promotions for products offered for sale through online platforms are prohibited from containing misleading or incomplete information, as well as statements that may endanger public health. Therefore, dietary supplements offered through Dermoderm do not contain claims that they treat, prevent, or support the treatment of any disease. Even though dietary supplements may contain plant-based ingredients, they cannot be used as a substitute for medicine and are not recommended as such.
