Membership Agreement
Parties
This Membership Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between Dermoderm (hereinafter referred to as "Dermoderm"), the operator of the dermoderm.com website ("Website"), and the person or entity that becomes a member of the Website ("Member").
Subject of the Agreement
This Agreement governs the terms and conditions regarding the Member's registration on the Website and use of the site, as well as the rights and obligations of the parties.
Definitions
Website: The digital platform belonging to the Dermoderm brand, accessible at dermoderm.com.
Service: All products and digital services offered by Dermoderm to Members.
Member: The person or entity that accepts the agreement by registering on the Website and uses the services.
User: All persons who access the Website.
4. Membership and Information
4.1 How to Become a Member: To become a member of the Website, it is sufficient to fill out the relevant form and complete the registration process. It is important that the information provided during membership is accurate and complete to prevent communication and delivery issues.
4.2 Convenience: Becoming a member is a quick and simple process. Becoming a member does not require purchasing any product or service.
4.3 Terms of Sale: The Sales Agreement must be read carefully before starting a purchase.
5. Rights and Obligations of the Member
5.1 Accuracy and Information Sharing: The Member undertakes that all information provided during registration on the Website is accurate. The Member agrees to compensate Dermoderm for any damages resulting from providing false or incomplete information.
5.2 Confidentiality and Password Use: The Member may not transfer or share the password provided to them with other persons. The Member is responsible for all transactions carried out with the password.
5.3 Use of Services: The Member undertakes to use the Website in compliance with all laws and regulations, moral standards, and public order.
5.4 User Activities: Dermoderm may monitor and record the Member's activities on the site to improve the Website and enhance the member experience. This data may be processed anonymously.
5.5 Use of a Different Address in Orders: The Member may specify a delivery address other than their registered address at the time of finalizing an order. This feature may be used to have products delivered to another person or when the Member is at a different location.
6. Membership Cancellation and Termination
6.1 Cancellation by the Member: The Member may terminate their account from the "Account Settings" section on the Website. Upon doing so, all their relationship with the Website will be severed.
6.2 Circumstances in Which the Member Cannot Cancel:
- If 60 days have not passed since their last order.
- If the cancellation request was made using a different email address.
- If the Member cannot be reached through the Member information.
6.3 Cancellation by Dermoderm:
- If the Member engages in behavior contrary to morality or damaging to the company's reputation.
- If they attempted fraud.
- If they engaged in activities intended to damage the system.
7. Member Security
7.1 Dermoderm's Precautions: Dermoderm takes technical and administrative measures to ensure the confidentiality and security of Member information.
7.2 Member Responsibilities: The Member must keep their information confidential, not share it with other persons, and not access the Website from unreliable devices.
8. Force Majeure
Dermoderm cannot be held responsible for service interruptions or delays caused by events beyond its control, such as natural disasters, cyberattacks, infrastructure issues, strikes, or power outages.
9. Amendment of the Agreement
The Seller reserves the right to unilaterally amend this agreement. Amendments to the agreement shall take effect as soon as they are published on the Website. The Member is obliged to regularly review the agreement.
10. Evidence Agreement
Dermoderm declares that the electronic records kept on the Website constitute the sole and definitive evidence. The Member hereby agrees that these records shall be accepted as evidence.
11. Effectiveness
This agreement becomes effective upon the Member's registration on the Website and remains in effect as long as they remain a member.
