2. Definitions

"Site": Refers to the website accessible via the dermoderm.com domain.
"Buyer" / "User" / "Customer": Refers to any natural or legal person who visits the Site, becomes a member, or makes a purchase.
"Seller": Refers to Dermoderm.
"Product": Refers to all dermocosmetics, personal care products, dietary supplements, and other products offered for sale on the Site.
"Service": Refers to online shopping and all related services provided through the Site.

3. General Provisions

3.1. This Site operates within the framework of the Law No. 6563 on the Regulation of Electronic Commerce, the Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers, and the provisions of relevant legislation.

3.2. By using the Site, the User declares that they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms of Use, the Privacy and Cookie Policy, the Distance Sales Agreement, and all other policies.

3.3. Dermoderm reserves the right to update these Terms of Use without prior notice. Updates shall become effective on the date they are published on the Site.

4. Membership and Account Security

4.1. To become a member of the Site, you must be at least 18 years old.

4.2. The User accepts and undertakes that the information provided during registration is accurate, up-to-date, and complete.

4.3. The user is responsible for the security of their username and password. The user shall bear all responsibility arising from the sharing of account information with third parties.

4.4. Dermoderm reserves the right to suspend or close the account in the event of a suspected security breach.

5. Product Information and Pricing

5.1. Product images, descriptions, and prices on the Site are presented as accurately as possible. However, color tones may vary depending on monitor settings.

5.2. All product prices are in Turkish Lira (TL) and include VAT.

5.3. Dermoderm reserves the right to change product prices without prior notice. The prices of confirmed orders shall not change.

5.4. In the event of pricing errors caused by system errors, Dermoderm has the right to cancel the order and inform the customer.

5.5. All products offered for sale on the Site are 100% original. The authenticity of the products is guaranteed.

6. Orders and Payment

6.1. An order is created when the user adds the product to the cart, enters the delivery and billing information, and completes the payment.

6.2. Accepted payment methods: Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Troy) and cash on delivery options. All online payments are protected by the 3D Secure security infrastructure.

6.3. Order confirmation is sent to the user's email address after the payment has been successfully received.

6.4. Depending on stock availability, Dermoderm reserves the right to partially or fully cancel the order. In this case, the payment will be refunded.

7. Shipping and Delivery

7.2. Shipping is free for orders of 700 TL and above.

7.3. Estimated delivery times are for informational purposes; Dermoderm cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the shipping company.

8. Returns and Cancellations

8.2. Within the scope of Law No. 6502 and the Regulation on Distance Contracts, the buyer has the right of withdrawal within 14 days from the date of receiving the product.

8.3. The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for cosmetic and personal care products whose packaging has been opened for health and hygiene reasons.

9. Intellectual Property Rights

9.1. All content on the Site (logo, design, text, image, graphic, software, etc.) belongs to Dermoderm or is licensed and is protected under the Law No. 5846 on Intellectual and Artistic Works.

9.2. Unauthorized copying, reproduction, distribution, or publication of Site content is prohibited.

10. Protection of Personal Data

10.1. Users' personal data is processed within the scope of the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK) and relevant legislation.

11. Limitation of Liability

11.1. Dermoderm does not guarantee that the Site will operate uninterruptedly or without errors. The Site may be temporarily inaccessible due to technical maintenance, updates, or force majeure events.

11.2. Dermoderm cannot be held responsible for decisions made by the User based on information on the Site or for use that does not comply with the product instructions.

11.3. Product information on the Site does not constitute health advice. It is recommended that you consult a specialist for your health problems.

12. Force Majeure

12.1. Natural disasters, epidemics, war, strikes, changes in legal regulations, technical infrastructure problems, and similar unforeseen circumstances are considered force majeure.

12.2. In cases of force majeure, Dermoderm's obligations shall be suspended, and this situation shall not be considered a breach of contract.

13. Dispute Resolution

13.1. The laws of the Republic of Turkey shall apply to disputes arising from these Terms of Use.

13.2. The Istanbul (Anatolian) Courts and Enforcement Offices shall have jurisdiction over the resolution of disputes.

13.3. Consumer complaints may be submitted to the Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts. You can follow the announcements of the Ministry of Trade for current monetary limits.
