Review Publication Rules
Product reviews on dermoderm.com are collected and published in accordance with the following rules, within the framework of the provisions on consumer reviews in the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Regulation on Commercial Advertising and Unfair Commercial Practices (Article 28/B).
1. Who can leave a review?
Only customers who purchase the relevant product through dermoderm.com can leave a review. A review invitation is sent to the email address provided in the order 10 days after the order has been shipped; the review is submitted via the link in this invitation, matched with the order, and marked as "Verified".
2. No benefit is provided in exchange for a review
Customers who leave a review are not provided with a discount, gift, points, or any other benefit. Reviews are not solicited in exchange for payment or any other benefit; no agreements are made with third parties for this purpose.
3. No distinction is made between positive and negative reviews
Reviews are published regardless of their rating. Negative reviews are not removed, and positive reviews are not highlighted. The product's average rating and number of reviews are calculated based on all published reviews.
4. Sorting
Reviews are sorted by date (newest first) by default; visitors can also sort them by rating.
5. Unpublished reviews
The following content will not be published:
- Content containing health claims contrary to cosmetic and food supplement legislation (statements claiming to treat, cure, or prevent a disease),
- Insulting, threatening, discriminatory, or obscene language,
- Personal data belonging to third parties, as well as contact information such as phone numbers and addresses,
- Content unrelated to the product being reviewed, advertisements for other sellers or websites, and links,
- Duplicate reviews of the same product by the same person, and automated/spam content.
For unpublished reviews, the reason and justification will be communicated to the reviewer via email without delay.
6. Publication period
Published reviews are kept published for at least one year.
7. Issue resolution and right to reply
Dermoderm may respond publicly to reviews. When the issue raised in a negative review has been resolved, this information will be published under the same review upon the customer's request. For issues regarding delivery, orders, or the payment process, please write to info@dermoderm.com; these requests are handled by customer service.
8. Personal data
Reviews are published with the name and date provided by the reviewer in the review form; the email address is not published. If you would like your name to appear abbreviated (e.g., "Ayşe K."), simply write to info@dermoderm.com. Reviews are collected and stored using the Judge.me platform. Details regarding the processing of personal data are provided in the KVKK Clarification Text.
9. Disclaimer
Reviews reflect users' personal experiences; results may vary from person to person. The products on our website are not medicines and cannot be used for the diagnosis, treatment, or prevention of diseases.
