1. Delivery Terms
All your purchases from Dermoderm.com are carefully prepared to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction. Your orders are safely delivered to your address through Turkey's leading courier companies, HepsiJet and UPS.
2. Shipping Fees In accordance with our principle of transparency, our shipping fees are as follows:
- For all purchases of 850 TL and above, shipping is FREE.
- For orders under 850 TL, a fixed shipping fee of 110 TL is added to the total cart amount.
3. Preparation and Handover to Courier Time
- Orders placed by 11:00 on weekdays are handed over to the courier on the same day, subject to stock availability.
- Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays are handed over to the courier company on the next business day.
- Estimated Delivery Time: After being handed over to the courier, the delivery time is generally between 1 and 3 business days, depending on your province.
- The seller is not responsible for delivery delays caused by an incomplete or incorrect delivery address provided by the consumer at the time of ordering.
- For orders not received by the consumer and returned by the courier company, shipping costs may be charged to the consumer.
4. Order Tracking
After your order is handed over to the courier, a tracking number will be sent to you via email and SMS. You can also track the status of your order live from the "My Account" page. The seller may share the necessary information for the delivery of the order with the courier company.
5. Damaged or Missing Shipments
If you notice any damage or missing items in your shipment during delivery, please have the courier prepare a "Damage Inspection Report". Do not accept the damaged products for which a report has been prepared, and report the situation to info@dermoderm.com or our hotline at 0(850) 308 05 37. A new product shipment or your return process will be initiated immediately.
Delays in delivery may occur due to natural disasters, strikes, transportation disruptions, delays caused by courier companies, and similar force majeure events. The seller cannot be held responsible in these cases.
6. Stock Status
In the rare event that an out-of-stock product is ordered, you will be informed at the latest within 24 hours. If the procurement time exceeds 3 business days, your order will be canceled upon your request, and your payment will be refunded in full.
