Cancellation and Refund Policy
Warranty Terms
Dermoderm.com sells reliable and original products in compliance with the legislation of the Republic of Turkey. All products on our website are approved by the relevant ministries and produced in a manner suitable for human health. Our medical products are in the category suitable for sale without a prescription.
1. Right to Cancel
If you wish to cancel the transaction before your order is shipped, you can cancel your order instantly by calling 0(850) 308 05 37 or by emailing info@dermoderm.com. The return process will apply to orders that have been shipped.
2. Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)
In accordance with the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502, you may return the products you purchased within 14 days without stating any reason from the date you receive them or from the date they are delivered to the third party you designate. The consumer must notify us in writing or via a permanent data carrier (e.g., email) within 14 days that they wish to exercise their right of withdrawal. In any case, this period expires one year after the end of the withdrawal period.
- Return Shipping Fee: For returns made under the right of withdrawal, if you send the products via our contracted courier, UPS Kargo, the shipping fee is borne by our company.
3. Non-Returnable Products (Hygiene Rules)
Due to their nature, cosmetic and personal care products are not suitable for return for health and hygiene reasons if the packaging has been opened, they have been tested, the protective seal has been removed, or they have been used. The products to be returned must not have lost their saleable condition.
4. Return Process and Use of UPS Kargo
To initiate the return process:
- info@dermoderm.com with your order number.
- Pack the products in their original box with the invoice.
- A UPS Kargo courier will be dispatched to your address with a return code created upon your request, and your package will be collected from your door free of charge. Our customers do not need to go to the courier branch.
5. Refund Process
After the returned products reach our warehouse and are inspected (hygiene and damage check):
- The amount of approved returns will be refunded to the payment channel you used (Credit Card / Wire Transfer) within 10 business days at the latest.
- Depending on your bank, it may take 2-7 business days for credit card refunds to appear on your statement.
- For refunds of purchases made with cash on delivery, an IBAN number must be sent to us.
6. Damaged Products and Inspection Report If you notice any crushing, tearing, or wetness on the package during delivery, be sure to have the courier staff draw up a "Damage Inspection Report". For damaged products where no report is drawn up, the liability lies with the recipient.
About Makeup Products
Please note that there may be differences between the on-screen images of makeup products and their actual colors. Makeup products with opened packaging are not accepted for return.
Additional Information
For installment sales, refunds are reflected as a credit balance on your credit card by the banks each month. In addition, during return transactions, the return form on the invoice must be filled out and sent along with the product.
